  • IP PBX software configured on the box

  • Ethernet Cards

  • FXO/FXS cards available (optional)
• IP Phones or Analog Phones Adaptors

• Internet Connectivity - we suggest having two different Service Providers for fail-over or load-balancing purposes.

How do I install it?

• The server comes pre-configured with all you need right out of the box. Once you provide us with the Public IP address/es assigned to your IP PBX,  we will enable all the purchased features, set up the extensions, dial plans, voicemail boxes, and international trunking.

• If you need assistance with the hardware installation, we provide professional setup and tuning at an additional cost.

• At this point you will need to record your IVR messages - we can help you with this too.

• A list of features, shortcuts, and functionality details will be provided to you, so you can get familiar with the system.
